

Reflections
This is the time of year that I come to realize all I have to be thankful for. Something about things slowing down in the winter, the holidays, and spending a little extra time with friends and family really brings forward how great life is. Of course there are ups and downs, but looking at the bigger picture, the lives we live are pretty amazing. Nothing is for granted but if we look closely we can find new opportunities and changes that can bring happiness into our lives. I


The Struggle of Expectations
Horse training requires a lot of patience, patience and more patience. Training horses is simply something that cannot be rushed, forced or put into a crunched timeline. One thing I have been battling when training my horses is to not allow myself to get caught up in "expectations". Rope Halter - The RIGHT Way
I LOVE my rope halters, for various reasons that I find useful day to day when I am working my horses. There are many different styles, some with nose knots, some without, some are soft and some are more firm.
